    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE(S)

    The community expert for the Enthusiast Enterprises is responsible for the integration of our brands within social media channels, sources, and communities that complement our target market through being “our voice.” This includes working with the central marketing teams, digital advertising, customer service, and sales to connect our massive audience with who we are, what we do, and WHY WE DO IT. The_ Community Expert_ will serve as the consumer-facing digital brand representative, aligning with the divisional demographics and integrating into online interactions, creating community investment in our brands and Enterprise. The Community Expert will align with the Divisions and social team to crush YoY targets, drive web sessions and build an engaged community within each Division, current and future.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Lead proactive and reactive engagement strategies across social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Forums, and more to harness the power of our digital community, gain insights and connect with customers, critics and fans.
    • Monitor relevant conversations and engage with consumers to enhance brand reputation and drive advocacy.
    • Identify trends, opportunities and ideas to support development of content strategy that aligns with the needs of our communities and ambassadors.
    • Identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and show our community members how much we appreciate them and what they support!
    • Source potential influencers, ambassadors and content creators for the divisions to partner with reportable metrics.
    • Support influencer/ambassador post tracking & engagement
    • Source user generated content (UGC)and community storytelling with high quality content.
    • Monitor social media channels outside of standard work hours. 
    • Partner with the Social Media Insight Analyst to help close the loop on lingering online community gaps.
    • Monitor the automated response systems to ensure community members are receiving top-level responses for sales, service, and product inquiries.
    • Lead the revamp and standardization for engagement responses and guidelines for frequently asked questions, new product launches and value prop rollouts.
    • Assist the Social Media Strategist with creating and posting relevant content in enthusiast communities such as Facebook Groups, Reddit, relevant forums, etc.
    • Provide and execute social media support plans for high-level campaign outlines, divisional tollgates and Enterprise-wide initiatives that align with growth metrics and KPI's.
    • Develop, strengthen and maintain relationships in various online communities while representing the Enterprise's respective divisions.
    • Represent the Community in Enterprise marketing discussions both tactically and strategically.
    • Develop, program and public organic posts that align with our goals and objectives that keep our brand top of mind; all the time.
    • Work with the Social Strategist, Analyst, Content Manager and Divisional stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with monthly pivots, goals, and targets.
    • Establish clear metrics and expectations for yourself and the Social Media team to track target progression, daily stat sheets, weekly scorecards and monthly drivers.
    • Be the expert- constantly learning and staying up to date with current trends across social media platforms and best practices.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

    • High School Graduate or General Education Degree
    • Deep understanding (2+ years preferred) of the automotive industry and community – the brands, products, enthusiasts and the current state of business surrounding it.
    • Exceptional written communication and creative writing skills. 
    • 2+ years of social media marketing experience. 
    • 1 year of experience with social scheduling programs such as Sprout Social, Later, RivalIQ, preferred but not required
    • Some continued education preferred (courses, college, etc)

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

    This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
