    Job Description

     

    SOFTWARE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

    The Software Support Representative will support iSolved HCM modules, including Time, Payroll, HR, and Reporting. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal end-users seeking guidance and assistance to resolve system-related issues. In addition, there are numerous opportunities to play a critical role in projects related to implementations, conversions, enhancements, and process improvements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, system administration, analysis, configuration, report writing, user training, and creating documentation. Software Support Rep. is a service-oriented position and requires the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Supports, and maintains new or existing Time & Attendance clients
    • Provide day-to-day support for user inquiries/issues.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide system-related guidance and recommendations.
    • Updates/changes Time policies, Time Card permissions, Policy Groups, and Meal/Break policies
    • Support and train new users/editors on how to adjust time cards, approve absences, audit time, verify time, and approve time.
    • Create and modify reports, extracts, and imports as needed.
    • Create clear, concise documentation.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Other duties as required and assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Time and Attendance system experience preferred
    • Payroll and HR processes experience preferred
    • Familiarity with time tracking, accruals, attendance preferred
    • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
    • Experience with Windows 10
    • Experience with administration of SaaS products
    • Good time management, telephone and customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Project management skills a plus
    • Experience with supporting people remotely
    • Experience supporting databases SQL/CSV/XLS/XML/CSS a plus
    • Training and guidance will be provided on job
