    We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced family law paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, motions and pleadings, and conduct legal research for trial preparation. You will keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. Responsibilities: • Organize electronic case files to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues • Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers • Help lawyers prepare for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, filing motions, conducting research on legal articles, and organizing and coordinating witnesses Qualifications: • Minimum three years as a family law paralegal in Arizona • Talented communicator and writer • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills and time-management skills Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 annually
