    BUSINESS ANALYST (THIRD LEVEL SUPPORT)

    We’re expanding our team! Are you a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual?  Come join our ranks as a Business Analyst (Level3 Support). The ideal candidate loves talking with people on the phone and in person, analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, and working in a fast-paced, growing environment.

    The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting software support with technical issues or questions relating to time software.   Their duties include reviewing reported cases, analyzing communication between development and partner support. This includes diagnosing technical issues and either providing instruction to correct the issues or reporting the issues to development for further analysis. Correction may include report that the expected functionality does not conform to application design.

    This position requires communication and collaboration from various teams in the organization. Work is performed with minimal supervision

     

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide Level 3 support to our time services clients
    • Analyze requirements and configure time system components for new and existing clients
    • Provide training to internal and external users
    • Conduct live system functionality demonstration sessions
    • Collaborate with business partners and associates in the resolution of issues as needed
    • Communicate proactively and effectively system-related updates to management and the user community
    • Demonstrate strong ownership and advocacy for the integrity, accuracy, system adherence, and business rules surrounding our clients’ data.
    • Assist with special projects as needed.

     

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Superior communication skills. Internal and external written/oral communication are critical in this role, as well as a desire to communicate with clients
    • Technical skills and aptitude for configuring and setting up time services
    • Minimum 2-5 years' experience working with time software
    • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of HR related systems and processes.
    • Possess a strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to succeed in this role.

    • Strong Microsoft 365 skills

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - preferably in a technical discipline
    • Familiarity with HCM software features and current competitive landscape or Sales
    • Customer relationship management experience in the HCM space preferred
    • Highly self-motivated and team-oriented
    • Proficient with the tools of the trade (laptop, e-mail, Office apps, smartphone, CRM, etc.)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment during tremendous growth
    • Highly organized and efficient with exceptional follow-through
    • Comfort in ambiguity and an ability to frequently switch gears with ease
    • Strong problem solver, ability to see how the different pieces of the puzzle fit together
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Desire to communicate with clients
    • Excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
