BENEFITS ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
SUMMARY:
The Benefits Account Representative provides daily benefits administration services to our clients and their employees. This person will be involved with open enrollment planning, communication, and delivery. This person must have at least 3 years’ experience in benefits administration or a benefits-related field. Our Benefits Account Representative must exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility/adaptability in a fast-paced, team environment. He/she will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to travel as needed, sometimes with little notice. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and prior use of HRIS/Payroll/Benefits Administration systems is a must.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
