     SOFTWARE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

    We’re expanding our team! Are you customer service minded with an interest in software solutions? Come join our ranks as a Software Support Representative!  This is a front-line support role that will focus on identifying, troubleshooting and resolving client issues using collaborative approaches.  Our team is responsible for the configuration of time clock solution components, training, and a variety of other functions and you’ll learn a lot! The person in this position will interact directly with clients and is charged with providing courteous and timely support to our end user community. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work within a technical support queue to qualify and resolve support requests which may include questions around setup, configuration, use, and troubleshooting of a time system
    • Document problem resolutions and keep technical service records
    • Provide end user training and awareness
    • Communicate and coordinate problem resolution with clients and internal teams
    • Follow established escalation procedures
    • Assist with hardware needs including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
    • Gain a deep understanding of the products and clients we support
    • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and colleagues.
    • Complete special projects as assigned
    • Strive for excellence

    EDUCATION:

    • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    EXPERIENCE: 

    • Minimum 6 months – 1 year related experience
    • Customer service experience preferred
    • Basic computer networking knowledge preferred

    OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
    • Ability to classify information and maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
    • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
    • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
