SUMMARY:
The full-time Benefits Assistant is an entry level position. This person will support the Benefits Team in the administration of client’s benefits plans, 401k, ACA and annual enrollment. This person must have at least 2 years prior work experience in an administrative capacity with a strong interest in administering employee benefits, especially with regard to 401k retirement benefits. A 4 year degree is desired, but not required.
