    HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

    OVERVIEW

    Supports the Human Resource Account Management team. This role will perform very detail-oriented admin assist duties for several client service reps, directing phone calls, assist with LOA’s, EDD correspondence, writing internal emails etc.). Strong communication and writing/proofing skills. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile and handle last-minute requests with a professional, positive attitude. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a keen attention to detail across a variety of responsibilities.

    Bilingual Spanish preferred

    DUTIES

    • Exceptional communication skills, high level of confidentiality, strong follow through and strong attention to detail.
    • Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and ability to easily shift priorities, multi- task, and handle heavy work flow processing.
    • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
    • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
    • Assists HR Account Managers with various research projects and/or special projects

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software
    • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
    • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
    • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
