    Today’s HR is searching for a smart motivated individual to take on the role of Software Support Rep. The ideal candidate will have experience working a helpdesk systems, computer software support, and customer service.Must be familiar with handling software (company infrastructure) supported products and services in a timely manner.Ability to implement pre-established processes to maintain functional and productive work environment for all internal technology users of large, well established team and corporation

    Software Support Representative

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Providing Software support and willing to learn new technologies.
    • Assess via phone and computer software technical issues for internal users
    • Apply pre-established methods to resolve or escalate issue to appropriate MIS area
    • Act as a liaison between customers and internal support staff
    • Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process.
    • Assist internal technology users via phone and computer-based remote methods to test functionality of infrastructure products and services
    • Apply resolution of issues to verify proper functionality for the user's needs
    • Implement existing procedures for internal requests regarding products and services via phone and computer-based remote methods to fulfill service requests from internal technology users.
    • Assist internal technology users via phone and computer-based remote methods with implementation of standard personal computer practices
    • Identify reoccurring issues and inform appropriate IT/MIS areas to evaluate design and issue resolution to minimize productivity impact to internal technology users

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Providing technical support through phone and/or email/ in a technical support environment
    • Experience supporting databases and/or SQL/CSV/XLS/XML/CSS a plus
    • Worked with Document Management Systems, CRM, SharePoint etc.
    • Good time management, telephone and customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Project management skills a plus
    • Experience with supporting people remotely
    • Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware
    • Training and guidance will be provided on the job
