If so, this may be your dream job.  Moderno Porcelain Works is seeking an ONLINE SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR to play an important role on our sales and marketing team.  The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive, and collaborative, and if you enjoy a challenge finding creative solutions in today's ever-evolving digital marketing and social media landscape, we want you.  The Coordinator is responsible for working closely with our marketing and sales director, assisting in developing lead generating campaigns through social media, qualifying leads generated by campaigns, generating reports, updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM), prepping presentations, maintaining sales catalogue and providing general online sales support.  The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a key resource and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Campaign Execution, and sales teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with Marketing Manager to prepare social media lead generating campaigns from ideation to creation and launch

    • Tracking records, pipeline, and meetings calendar related to new retail leads

    • Research and continuously add to knowledge of social media and digital trends, platform updates, changes/news related to digital and social media marketing and advertising. On a rolling basis, synthesize these learnings into materials which can be shared with colleagues

    • Contribute to prospective and existing retail sales success by sharing ideas and proposing solutions throughout the pre-sales process

    • Participate in meetings with current or prospective retail clients as needed to help improve on processes or potential solutions/strategies to generate more online sales

    • Assist in communicating details and deliverables to the local sales teams regarding local campaigns

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • 1 year experience in a sales support or sales coordinator role and/or 1 year experience in influencer marketing field (marketing firm, working for an influencer, etc.)

    • Must be enthusiastic and spirited, have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude

    • Ability to work in a team, but also independently when needed and be able to take a "hands-on" approach with respect to client materials and product
