Job Description
I'm working with a Financial/Banking client of ours here in Los Angeles, CA in need of a Seismic Admin to join their new and exciting team! This is a fully remote contract position with potential to convert.
In this role, the applicant will own the overall management and execution of the Seismic Sales Enablement platform. This includes the administration, configuration, upgrades and governance. The administrator must have a deep understanding and experience with Seismic and possess the technical skills to execute on all aspects of the system. They will have demonstrated leadership competencies to run a governance program with critical thinking skills, platform advocacy and excellent collaboration skills. Familiarity with an agile approach is imperative. They must be able to work closely with internal and external business partners in service of enabling this robust suite of tools. They will work closely with marketing colleagues, Salesforce and Technology teams to create and deliver a roadmap of the platform throughout the Seismic lifecycle.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Seismic platform, and other associated technologies. They will determine how it can best be utilized to maximize the end-user experience and effectiveness for the Marketing organization and its' partners.
Help drive the Seismic features roadmap and priorities based on end-user requirements, organizational key strategic initiatives and a deep understanding of sales and marketing, ensuring value additive features are implemented and adopted successfully. Must be able to articulate, communicate and coordinate discussions with these groups.
Drive change management, adoption and training of the Seismic platform. Must be a strong collaborator in order to facilitate the change we need across all levels.

Usability and Adoption (including training) Metrics & KPI's Knowledge of financial services industry and closely regulated companies is a plus.
Superior problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate to internal customers, vendors, business and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable communicating with senior leadership.
Minimum 3+ years of Seismic, Salesforce or other marketing automation product experience.
Advanced user administrator of Seismic.
Seismic certification required or ability to pass certification shortly after hiring.
A deep technical understanding of underlying Seismic system processes.
Experience in Agile methodology, and working with cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce; certified Salesforce administrator designation a plus
Job Demands:
Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
Must be able to communicate effectively via MS Teams, telephone and in person.
