Job Description

DURATION: 12 months contract with the opportunity to convert to FTE

RATE: $22/hr

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday

HOURS: 8 hours between 8a-6p

LOCATION: Onsite in El Paso, TX

Top minimum requirements:

• Positive Attitude and Team Player
• Call center experience
• Customer Service experience
• Handled escalation calls and resolved client issues
• Interpersonal written and verbal comm skills

Nice to have skills:

• Financial services experience
• Degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent work experience
• 3+yrs in client services, operations, and financial brokerage industry

Interview Process:

• 1 round of interviews with manager – 30-minute duration
