Job Description
This role is open as a Contract with our Client in the Aerospace and Defense industry located in Poway, CA. This role would be supporting the development of Aviation maintenance training protocols.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a basic technical understanding of division/subsidiary/affiliate product(s) and be able to understand and integrate technical writing source material into training curriculum.
Must possess the ability to schedule and coordinate multiple work phases, determine the appropriate approach at the task or project level, and have experience demonstrating a basic application of training practices, techniques, and standards.
Must be customer focused and possess:
(1) Ability to complete Company Training Developer instructional process;
(2) Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), instructions, or guides;
(3) Preferred typical US Military experience as an Aviation Electronics Technician or as an Airframes and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic;
(4) the ability to develop solutions to a variety of non-routine problems;
(5) good verbal and written communication and presentations skills to accurately train and report findings to a variety of audiences;
(6) good interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees;
(7) the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
(8) the ability, in some positions, to obtain a security clearance
