    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic sales team in the modular industry. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in achieving sales targets, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The Salesman will be responsible for building customer relationships, generating leads, and closing sales deals to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively pitch and sell to potential customers.
    2. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
    3. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and their needs, creating tailored approaches for effective sales conversations.
    4. Collaborate with the sales team and management to define sales strategies, set targets, and devise innovative techniques to achieve sales goals.
    5. Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of the company's offerings.
    6. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    7. Utilize CRM systems to document and track sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information to ensure efficient pipeline management.
    8. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, competitors' activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
    9. Participate in sales events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
    10. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor insights to enhance sales strategies and tactics.

    Qualifications:
    1. Proven experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role, preferably in the (industry/sector).
    2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
    4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals.
    6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    7. Solid understanding of sales techniques and familiarity with CRM software.
    8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
    10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
