About the role:
Our users are business owners, employees who love to take care of pets. They started the business with gut and termination but might be lacking of experience in business operations. They are often being dragged into operation problems that eventually lead to burnout, high employee turn over, and high failure rate. They are struggling to adapt or innovate when facing challenges from evolving customer behaviors or market change.

We are looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST who is passionate in B2B, SaaS, and technology, to guide our users best leveraging the MoeGo platform. We place our users as our absolute foremost priority. We want our users to not only get the best customer success in the industry but also to encounter the best customer experience they’ve ever had.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Solve problems for our users: you will be working closely with our customers, answering their questions, including daily support tickets, email, call and user community.
- Bring empathy, energy, and positivity when responding to customer experiences.
- Encourage our amazing users to maximize their use of MoeGo features and to develop beneficial workflows to supercharge their efforts.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely updates to our customers
- Articulate insights from our customers to our product and development teams to help continue shaping MoeGo into an industry leader.
- Contribute to the improvement of team processes and client-facing support documentation.
THE SCHEDULE:
- We aim to provide the best customer service not only in our industry but the best experience our customers have ever had! This means we have our support team working shifts on a rotating basis and the flexibility to work on weekends is required to ensure our customers have endless support no matter their timezone.
QUALIFICATION
- You must be a pet lover.
- You are passion for helping others thrive.
- You also have strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- You are patient, empathetic, understanding, and ready to resolve any challenges
- You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
- You have strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team
- Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS support is preferred
