    Job Description

    Exciting opportunity to work with cutting edge tools and have significant impact by joining a team of dedicated Supply Chain Analysts. Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics, the Supply Chain Analyst will liaise with IT and Supply Chain Teams as we implement new strategies and methodologies.

    This role is a Full Time Hybrid position and requires presence within the office 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) while working remotely Mondays and Fridays. The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance from our North Olmsted / Cleveland, OH offices.

    RESPONSIBLIITIES:

    • Support the lifecycle of analytics solutions as the liaison between the supply chain organization and the central data team or IT during creation, implementation, maintenance, improvement, and sunset of analytics solutions. Scope includes capturing and communicating systemic data issues to central data team.
    • Work with central data team to assess and communicate the business requirements and support defining and building analytics models and tools. Follow through from definition of requirements to development of solutions. Coordinate and/or perform user acceptance testing and sign off when complete.
    • Define new business processes needed to incorporate new analytics solutions through collaboration with supply chain teams. Conduct training to help users leverage data and analytics in decision-making.
    • Maintain close connection to supply chain teams to understand challenges, current workflow, capture requirements and propose analytics-enabled process improvements.
    • Manage prioritization and investigation of systemic data issues for the supply chain organization.
    • Perform ad hoc supply chain analyses.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain data analysis with a Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of two years of experience with a Master’s Degree.
    • Strong Excel and Tableau skills required.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead presentations.
    • Additional supply chain or analytics education, training and/or certification through online courses and/or professional organizations preferred.
    • Experience with Demand Driven Materials Resource Planning (DDMRP) is preferred.
    • Experience providing analytics training or supply chain training preferred.
    • Supply chain domain expertise and credibility in demand, supply or inventory planning, distribution/transportation, manufacturing, or customer service.
    • Understanding of analytics techniques to enable productive communications with technical resources on central data team.
    • Effective facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to liaise between users, technical roles and executives.
    • Patience and ability to explain technical terms and concepts to non-experts.
    • Process improvement experience.
