    Job Description

    The role of the Private Client Manager is to drive consumer depletions of MH USA Luxury range in the CA market via relationships and networks primarily built among HNWIs and key Prestige retail accounts (Elite Retailer). He or she will establish direct social connections with consumer targets, build long-standing brand relationships, drive consumers to purchase MH USA brands (via their chosen licensed account/s) and retain consumers connection to the brand to increase velocity over time.

    General: Achieve budgeted sales and depletion goals within this channel by connecting, selling and retaining HNWI target clientele. Manage effectively A&P budgets

    1. Recruitment Develop strategies to identify and reach out identified target groups of new high potential clients (through community outreach, prospecting, presence in the market, etc.) in order to create financially savvy business opportunities in the market. Client and influencer development efforts to be generated via:
    • Personal network
    • Elite Retailer Partners
    • Fostering Agent such as luxury brands, financial institutions, HWNI organizations, Private clubs, etc…
    • Business to Business opportunities with key relevant partners or any other business opportunity Develop client experience action plans and ensure execution of same, in partnership with various Brand Teams. Implementation of tasting experience targeted initiatives to engage above clientele using existing formats, as well as to propose any new relevant format respectful to brand luxury integrity. Network with local and regional affinity group associations and luxury brands to identify gifting and purchasing opportunities Capture sales transaction in Sales Force and ensure that all customer and sale records are uploaded into CRM database.
    1. Retention / Customer Relationship Management W&S - 03/17/21 2/3 Take ownership and cultivate individual relationship with high potential clients to generate MH USA loyalty and repeat purchase. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of clientele (monitoring spending and trends, leveraging relations to retailers to understand potentials). Consult customers on acquisition of products within the portfolio and facilitate the sales and management of their collections of fine wine and spirits Develop strategies to leverage existing Moet Hennessy platforms and “money can’t buy experiences” both in the US and internationally. Cultivate business with store’s top clients by developing and executing strategic action plans to increase their retention and spending Inform, offer and sell to clientele special releases within the portfolio Fulfill all orders in a timely fashion and ensure that all customer and sale records are uploaded into CRM database.
    2. Moet Hennessy Representation Represent the Brand to generate goodwill amongst event VIPs, including HNWI, media, fostering agents, luxury partners. Provide exceptional client service experience in all situations Build and leverage an active, close working relationship with Maisons local and marketing teams Ensure perfect event and tasting execution in line with Maisons guidelines. Provide full recaps post event showing achievement of results vs. targets and ROI Share learnings and best practices with Private Client Managers, RMMs and PMs Generate organic and qualitative visibility via buzz and PR (press and digital) Provide feedback concerning brand positioning, competitive activities and market trends Performs other assignments (or duties) as assigned by Manager QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED : Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Languages: English (mandatory) Professional Experience & Know-How: Experience representing Moet Hennessy brands is preferred and/or other LVMH or luxury brands. Experience in consultative sales, luxury goods, and wine & spirits with an emphasis on luxury consumer marketing. Technical & Management Skills:
