JOB TITLE:

Associate Financial Advisor

ABOUT YOU:

You have a unique ability to organize, work with detail and deliver efficient results. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and are able to manage and follow through on projects with minimal supervision. You have top notch computer skills, can multi-task and learn quickly. You are energetic, enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a solid background in investment management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

· Understand and be proficient in investment management tools such as: Morningstar, account aggregation software, and investment management company websites.

· Proficient in the Envestnet asset management platform

· Series 7 & 63 Registered, with the ability to take the 65 and Texas Insurance Exam

· Comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements

• Responsible for opening new investor accounts ensuring compliance with the fund documentation, anti- money laundering requirements, statutory regulations and company policies and procedures
• Process investor transactions in line with the fund documentation, anti-money laundering requirements, statutory regulations and company policies and procedures
• Handle queries from investors/clients in a professional and prompt manner, escalating where appropriate
• Prepare and review investor allocations

· Help maintain and update proprietary reports and client databases to track historical investment summaries

· Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and portfolio positioning reports

· Provide team with market updates, economic insight, and actionable investment ideas

· Assist with portfolio design, analysis, & trading.

THIS POSITION HAS THE POTENTIAL TO WORK REMOTELY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

SALARY:

60-70k per year, plus bonus
