    We are reinventing how to rapidly and successfully identify new product opportunities by leveraging our proprietary software technology platform, AIMEE. We are looking for a Business Analyst/Supply Chain Analyst who wants to work on multiple aspects of a e-commerce business. You will be interacting with executives and business leaders to gather requirements, you will work within multiple aspects of the supply chain, including forecasting, vendor agreements, negotiations, planning and more. Great opportunity to learn and get involved in multiple aspects of the business. 

    Responsibilities

    • Collect and analyze large amounts of data to help improve the organization's supply chain operations
    • Monitor forecasts and conduct regular reviews with cross-functional teams 
    • Work with technology team to improve and automate inventory management and supply planning processes
    • Analyze operational data (supply planning, inventory management, vendor management, inventory distribution) and make informed recommendations to management 
    • Prepare rolling inventory forecasts for management and vendors
    • Work with technology team to develop model for optimal inventory distribution
    • Provide analytical support in cost negotiations
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics
    • Drive cross-functional ad-hoc projects
    • Be accountable for data accuracy and reporting performance metrics in our supply chain

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously
    • Expert in MS Excel and Google Sheets
    • Strong knowledge of Data Visualization tools: (PowerBI)
    • Good experience and knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL)
    • Ability to write basic scripts in SQL
    • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting finding
    • Understanding Data flow Concept
    • Understanding Business Model Concepts 
    • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
    • Supply chain experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of Python or Tableau is a plus
