Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary. Responsibilities: Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete • Maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) database up to date • Prepare property acquisition packets • Track critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Qualifications: Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed Previous experience in the real estate industry Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision Great written and verbal skills Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team • Spanish speaker a plus • A valid Real Estate License a plus Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
