Job Description
POSITION GOAL: This position is responsible for providing customer service to all customers, including scheduled or charter services. Responsibilities will also include ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, and operations as required.

Qualifications
EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION – No Licensure or Certification required
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS - Must be able to multi-task, possess analytical and computer skills, proficient in MS office, online, social media, and able to effectively communicate both written and oral.
