Job Description
THE SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY TO DAY OPERATION OF THE SALES OFFICE, AS WELL AS OFFER SUPPORT TO OUR CORPORATE AND TOUR CUSTOMERS.
WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am- 4:30pm
REPORTS TO: Director of Sales, Tours and Charters
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- The ideal candidate must be people oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Assist Director of Sales, Tours and Charters with day to day administrative tasks
- Offer telephone support to Concierges for Tour questions and bookings
- Assist with charter quotes and communication with charter customers
- Offer telephone support to Corporate Clients as needed
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986.
- Able to attend and pass required training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy
- Outstanding listening, speaking, writing and interpersonal skills in both technical and non-technical fields necessary
- Takes initiative and proactively seek solutions/resolution to problems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
