    Summary

    The Molak Corporation is growing! We are seeking a VP of Marketing to join our leadership team to design, develop, and direct marketing objectives, and strategies for all products and services for Molak Corporation. With a vision for growth, the scope of this leadership position includes developing and implementing strategic plans focused on key performance objectives with the goal to elevate brand awareness and consumer behaviors to increase its market share across Molak Corporation restaurant, entertainment, and retail portfolio. The position will lead the marketing team which encompasses social media, events, PR, guest experience, CRM, brand campaign strategy and planning for both in-house and outsourced marketing. The VP of Marketing will translate the overall marketing vision into integrated plans, tactics, and deliverables. Create new business and portfolio-wide integrated partnership opportunities that align with our mission, values, and overall organizational goals. This position works from Molak Corporation Head Quarters in Gruene, Texas, reports directly to the CEO, and has supervisory responsibilities.

    Position Responsibilities

    Oversee the development and implementation of the annual strategic marketing plan for in-house/outsourced initiatives to help drive awareness and demand among the portfolio brands to surpass revenue targets and implement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

    Provide leadership and support to all departments to deliver value and integrate a consistent marketing message through all external forms of communication including media, digital/social channels, e-mail communication, entertainment, and retail offerings.

    Oversee all interactive marketing including grassroots, website, direct marketing, social, database management, research, and analytics; develop a comprehensive interactive marketing strategy to assist the organizations revenue generation efforts in ticket sales and corporate partnerships.

    Work closely with retail operations team to ensure offerings reflect brand guidelines and the latest trends.

    Serve as day-to-day sales and marketing leader for the organization; provide stewardship of guidelines, departmental objectives, and questions.

    Utilize existing marketing research technology to collect guest insights and strengthen online and onsite guest experience.

    Propose and manage marketing budget and allocate resources appropriately.

    Participate in the annual planning of the company’s objectives.

    Translate organizational goals into measurable marketing metrics.

    Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.

    Monitor all marketing campaigns and work to continuously improve effectiveness.

    Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

    Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for executives.

    Analyze existing branding and marketing strategies and improve upon them.

    Monitor industry trends and use a data-driven model to drive marketing initiatives.

    Build a rapport with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders to ensure strong relationships for strategic success.

    What You Bring

    At least 7 years previous experience driving brand identity development, strategies and notable experiences in the hospitality, entertainment, retail and/or any other related consumer services industry.

    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

    Demonstrates strong financial acumen with a track record of growth and profitability.

    Documented strategic planning, budgeting, and execution success.

    Strong business development skills with strategic thinking and execution ability.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

    Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

    Ability to lead and inspire a high performing marketing team.

    Proven experience in business development or marketing leadership roles, particularly within restaurant, retail, and entertainment.

    In-depth knowledge of brand marketing, PR, content management, digital and performance marketing.

    Demonstrated strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be hands-on when needed to ensure successful outcomes.

    Demonstrated portfolio of campaigns and campaign success, brand identity, marketing strategies and trend alignment.

    Local travel required.

    This is an on-site role based at Molak Corporation Headquarters in Gruene, Texas.

    Flexible ability to work unconventional hours (nights and weekends) when necessary.

    Planning, organizing, interpreting data, making decisions, problem-solving, and composure under deadlines/stress.
