Water Extractor and Mold Remediation Technician needed for a fast-growing building science company in the Cumming, GA area. Responsibilities: • Perform on-site production services, including, but not limited to, water extraction and mold remediation • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance no matter what time of day or night • Complete job files, including all paperwork, signatures, etc • Ensure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction • Speak and interact with employees and customers in a professional manner • Perform all projects per company process and IICRC guidelines Qualifications: • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check • Because we provide a 24-hour emergency service, you must be willing to be on call when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record • Provide excellent customer service • Experience in construction is a plus • Able to lift at least 50# • Able to wear PPE for extended periods of time • Able to work in non-climate controlled environments for extended periods of time Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
