They are seeking a top grade molding manager for their plant in the Newbern, TN area.

A qualified candidate will have:

• Five (5+) plus years of experience in a plastic injection molding in a production leadership role serving the automotive manufacturing industry
• RJG and Paulson training would be a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and have interpersonal skills/demeanor to motivate the staff and build trust with the workforce
