Technical Skills
- Ability to operate injection molding machines
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read production schedules, work orders, and measurements
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, machinery)
