    \#jobalert | DIRECT HIRE | MOLDING TECHNICIAN | MANUFACTURING | KCMO |

A global manufacturer of precision plastic components for the consumer products industry is hiring experienced Molding Technicians at its KCMO facility. There are multiple openings across 2nd and 3rd shift.  This is a stable, full-time opportunity with a well-established company that has been supplying major consumer brands for decades. • Health Insurance, Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, PTO/Holidays
    • Opportunities for skill development
    • 2nd & 3rd shifts open, includes pay differentials

    • Set up all auxiliary equipment associated with each production run — robots, heater boxes, cooling systems, valve gate systems — to achieve standard operating efficiency
    • Perform color and order changes, including all required line clearance activities, according to the daily production schedule
    • Complete daily PM checklists on assigned machines and perform simple maintenance and processing adjustments to maintain uptime
    • Inspect molded parts visually throughout the shift to verify quality standards are met before parts move downstream
    • Assist in training newer team members within the assigned production area
    • Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in assigned area; assist with material scanning and movement as needed
    • Follow all LOTO procedures and safety regulations without exception

    • Understanding of plastic materials and basic hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical systems
    • Forklift operation experience (preferred)
