Some of this Position’s Tasks/Duties:
In addition to following Molecule LLC’s policies and procedures, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meeting store operating policies and standards
Ensuring personal appearance meets company standards and displaying professionalism at all times.
Adhering to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
Ensuring that the entirety of the building is clean, well maintained, and ready to meet guests’ needs at all times
Safely operating kitchen equipment and other devices
Engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
Preparing food and beverages according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
Adhering to food safety standards and reporting any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, walls and floors.
Cleaning, organizing, and restocking all food stations.
Monitoring the quality of products and taking appropriate actions to maintain that quality.
Assisting guests with troubleshooting common issues
Loading and unloading duties as assigned
Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements
Minimum High School or GED
Must pass a background check
Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend and lift a minimum of 25lbs while going up or down flights of stairs
Reliable transportation to and from work.
ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training Certificate (obtain this certificate before applying for this position)
Completely vaccinated against SARS‐CoV‐2 (coronavirus 2)
Minimum average of 12 work hours/week

The Food Handler Training Certificate is a 2 hours course that can be completed in one evening.
