    Some of this Position’s Tasks/Duties:

    In addition to following Molecule LLC’s policies and procedures, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

    • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

    • Meeting store operating policies and standards

    • Ensuring personal appearance meets company standards and displaying professionalism at all times.

    • Adhering to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.

    • Ensuring that the entirety of the building is clean, well maintained, and ready to meet guests’ needs at all times

    • Safely operating kitchen equipment and other devices

    • Engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

    • Preparing food and beverages according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools

    • Adhering to food safety standards and reporting any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.

    • Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, walls and floors.

    • Cleaning, organizing, and restocking all food stations.

    • Monitoring the quality of products and taking appropriate actions to maintain that quality.

    • Assisting guests with troubleshooting common issues

    • Loading and unloading duties as assigned

    • Performing other tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum High School or GED

    • Must pass a background check

    • Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend and lift a minimum of 25lbs while going up or down flights of stairs

    • Reliable transportation to and from work.

    • ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training Certificate (obtain this certificate before applying for this position)

    • Completely vaccinated against SARS‐CoV‐2 (coronavirus 2)

    • Minimum average of 12 work hours/week

    The Food Handler Training Certificate is a 2 hours course that can be completed in one evening.

    Preferences

    • 1 year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferred. However, we will consider applicants with no retail or restaurant experience for this position.
