    Who we are:

    Moleculera Biosciences™ is a precision medicine company dedicated to improving the lives of patients impacted by infection-induced autoimmune diseases affecting the brain. We provide next-generation antibody testing which detects whether an autoimmune reaction is causing neurologic or psychiatric symptoms. Our Autoimmune Brain Panel™ is the first of its kind and it’s only provided at our laboratory.

As a regular full-time employee, you will work a flexible schedule Monday – Friday with hours sometime between 7 am – 6 pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. The company offers 70% employer contribution to our medical plan premium for the employee and family coverage. The company also provides 100% employer contribution for dental and vision coverage for the employee. Upon your start date, you will begin accruing two (2) weeks of paid vacation, twelve (12) sick days, and up to two (2) personal days per year.     What you will do:

    You will play a vital role in the laboratory by receiving and preparing specimens for processing. You will get to use your excellent customer service and communication skills to correspond and follow up with clinicians, patients, and collection sites to obtain missing information. You will be responsible for maintaining, ordering, and receiving lab supplies.

    Some other essential functions:

    • Maintain detailed laboratory logs and protocols.
    • Answers phones, relays information to callers, and transfers calls.
    • Prepare buffers used for laboratory testing.
    • Stock and clean the laboratory.
    • Prepare specimen collection supplies for shipping, as needed.

    About you:

    • You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of data entry experience and/or laboratory experience.
    • You are a compassionate individual who enjoys helping others.
    • You are a very detailed oriented person who can perform accurate and efficient data entry.
    • You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • You enjoy learning and want growth opportunities.
    • You like to take initiative to complete tasks independently, recognize new opportunities, and make suggestions for improvement.
