    Molly Maid of East Contra Costa and Solano County is looking for the right person to fill our Office Manager position. This person must be detail oriented and able to handle financial deadlines such as A/R, A/P, and Payroll. Since this is a service industry, we need someone with a stellar attitude that can wow customers and keep our employees happy.

    As Office Manager, you will provide leadership to all areas within the company including sales, operations, customer service, safety, financial operations, and administrative functions. We need a person who will take charge and take the company to the next level. The Office Manager will be someone who can motivate the employees they supervise to excel in their roles within the company and offer incentives and inspiration.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Manage personnel including hiring, training, coaching, and day-to-day performance management

    Lead team in productivity, goal setting, and motivate to achieve effectively

    Proactive customer relations, including mitigating damages and liability issues

    Inspect broken/damaged items and determine course of action

    Oversee outside estimators and quality control

    Ensure successful operations: prepare and review reporting, ensure homes are cleaned as scheduled, communicate with vendors, monitor account receivable, etc.

    Work hand in hand with the owner to review weekly, quarterly, and annual goals

    Improve upon current processes to ensure quality, profitability, and future growth

    Assist all other office staff with customer calls, scheduling, resolving customer complaints, supply management, and other tasks as the need arises. We are a small team so we all need to help each other!

    Job Requirements:

    At least 3 years supervisory experience

    Valid Driver's License

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications

    Spanish speaking is a must
