Office Assistant/Sales Representative
We are a growing residential cleaning company in need of someone who will be passionate about helping to take this company to the next level. We are expanding and need help closing the hot leads received by phone, email or the internet. It's important to understand that the customer has asked to see you and will happily invite you into their home or business -very different from cold calling.
As with many sales positions, personality is a key ingredient. Would your co-workers, friends and family describe you as bright, energetic, positive outlook and confident? Having these traits will help you when meeting with customers in their homes or businesses. Are you self-motivated?
We are also looking for a mature individual with at least 5 years’ experience in the workforce. We are looking for a calming, steady influence in the office.
Closing the deal is of course the primary goal. Because these are hot leads the average performer will close seven out of ten leads. Second to that is the need to be detailed oriented so as to enter the information into the system correctly and completely. Without this we cannot hope to deliver the services the customer expects and deserves. Needless to say being computer literate is a must.
Another extremely important trait the successful candidate must possess is being a team player. We are only a small office so we need all of us to pitch in to help. It also makes for a more pleasant atmosphere and one in which we all look forward to being part of!
Do you consider yourself an organized person? As mentioned before, we are a small office so you will find the ability to multi-task is essential!
Do you have strong communication skills? Both written and verbal? Of course you need them during the sales process but is also critical in ensuring nothing falls between the cracks in the office!
Responsibilities:
Provide phone and in home estimates to customers
Answer the phone and assist with customer’s needs
Must have excellent time management skills
Assist office manager with other administrative duties
Entering customer information into the system
Book cleaning appointments and estimates
Handling customer questions and concerns
Additional duties as assigned
Cross train with co-workers to provide back up
Job Requirements:
MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/English)!!!!!!!!
You must have a valid California driver’s license with good record
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detailed -oriented and organized
Positive attitude, bright and outgoing personality
Excellent customer service /sales skills
Must be computer literate
Self motivation
