As a customer service estimator, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing outside estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

This is an entry level position. Customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right person for our customer service estimator position.

Specific Responsibilities for Entry Level Customer Service Estimator:

Provide phone and in home estimates to customers

Follow up with prospective customers by phone and email

Answer the phone and assist with existing customer’s needs

Must have excellent time management skills

Assist office manager with other administrative duties

Entering customer information into the system

Book cleaning appointments and estimates

Meet or exceed sales goals

Additional duties as assigned

Cross train with co-workers to provide back up

Job Requirements:

MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/English)!!!!!!!!

You must have a valid California driver’s license with safe driving record

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude, bright and outgoing personality

Excellent customer service /sales skills

Must be computer literate (knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook a plus)
