Qualification and Experience:

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Passionate about motivating, equipping, coaching and encouraging your team.

Holds teams accountable for following systems and procedures.

Leads by example.

Ability to balance a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others.

Strong sense of self and can relate well to challenging personalities; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in timeframes, people and situations with ease; remains calm under pressure.
