You are responsible for handling service requests, customer and house cleaner scheduling, while showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This job is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, enjoy helping people and are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Schedule estimates & cleans

Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues

Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions, for example, occasional cleaning in our Molly Maid homes

Job Requirements:

Minimum one year of receptionist or office admin experience

Ability to effectively juggle a variety of complex tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and comfortable with computers

Positive Attitude

Team player who can work independently

English required & Spanish is a bonus!
