As a Home Service Professional you are a key member of the team providing quality cleaning and value for our customers while always showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Benefits: No nights, no weekends - Full Time (35 to 42 hours per week

English Required

Start at 7:45am and you must be available to work until 5:00 or shortly there after if necessary.

Part time is available as long as you can work a full day on the days you do work.

Company car to drive to and from our customers homes.

Family Friendly Hours.

Paid Training starting at $12.00 per hour plus tips.

Guaranteed hourly pay for associates (partner) of at least $13.50 per hour including cleaning and driving time plus overtime premium and tips (Avg $500+ per week). Route Managers make between $16 and $19 per hour for all hours worked (Avg $700+ per week). Everyone is hired in as an associate (partner) and is eligible for promotion.

Weekly Pay

Paid leave after 1 year

Aflac is available after 90 days

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform professional residential cleaning services including cleaning kitchens, disinfecting bathrooms, dusting and general sanitizing, mopping and vacuuming.

Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner

Team player who can work independently

Ability to come to work everyday (M-F)

Experience is a plus but not required.
