    Do you want to work in an upbeat, challenging, and busy family oriented business with around 40 employees and hundreds of customers. Molly Maid of Orange Park and SE Jacksonville is looking for an office manager who will be dedicated to the business and who will provide excellent customer service to our customers. This person needs to be a mature individual who can multitask, problem solve, and forward think about building the business alongside the owners. Some of the basic qualification are as follows:

    The ability to think on your feet

    Personal drive and exceptional follow through.

    Computer skills (Word, basic Excel, Data entry abilities into proprietary software)

    Terrific English grammar and the ability to write coherent emails and letters.

    The ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 or 7:30 am to 4:00 or 5:00 pm or slightly later if necessary. TBD

    Must have the curiosity to find answers to things that don't make sense.

    A clean record and valid drivers license are a given.

    The immediate responsibilities of this position are as follows.

    Become proficient in our award winning proprietary software which is where we manage customer schedules, new customer leads and follow up, daily deposits, accounts receivable, work orders, and payroll information. This software is excel based and proprietary to our Franchise. There are many professionally developed training tools available to aid in this process.

    Learn to manage customer schedules and participate in giving reminder phone calls to customers about their next service date.

    Learn to answer the phone and sell our service by setting up free in-home estimates or scheduling one time cleanings. We use scripts and roll play to learn the process before actually answering the phone.

    Learn to order supplies and make sure the teams are equipped to properly clean houses.

    Future responsibilities will include opening the office, dispatching the teams, and close when necessary. A more detailed job description will be provided in an interview.

    Several years of supervisory and office experience is necessary. A sense of Humor and the ability to motivate and get along with others is a must.

    Pay will be commensurate with experience although we will be starting at $18 per hour which is $40,000 per year for training. Training should last about 3 months.
