As a Sales Representative and Estimator, you are a key member of the team and represent Molly Maid on sales calls. You are primarily responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, visiting client homes to perform in-home estimates, and of course, closing sales. You will also be handling service requests, customer complaints and also coordinating with our cleaning teams.

Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Representative and Estimator will constantly strive to meet all weekly and monthly sales targets, exceed customer expectations and provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. They should be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals.

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner.

Schedule estimates & cleans.

Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services - and close the sale.

Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email.

Return customer calls and effectively respond to customer complaints.

Coordinate with the cleaning teams.

Perform administrative and personnel management functions.

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Seek to continuously develop as a sales professional

Job Requirements:

Minimum two years sales/CSR and admin experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual Spanish speaker would be preferable - but not essential.

Must have a valid US driving license.

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

Positive Attitude.

Team player who can also work independently.
