As a customer service estimator, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing outside estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

This is an entry level position. Customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right person for our customer service estimator position.

Specific Responsibilities for Entry Level Customer Service Estimator:

Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals

Follow up with prospective customers by phone and email

Prepare accurate reports in regards to customer estimates, and customer follow-up

Insure quality on new cleans

Seek to continuously develop as an outside customer service professional

General computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Have a valid drivers license with a safe driving record

Bilingual a plus

Base pay with bonuses: $37,000 - $50,000.
