Position Requirements Include:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a CSR
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient with computers and standard software packages (Word, Excel)
Valid driver license
