Responsibilities for Sales Estimator

Perform in-home estimates and represent Molly Maid’s services and benefits in a professional and proper manner - especially important to help customers feel safe and satisfied that our service will clean and protect their homes

Provide estimate quotes as well as service availability in-person, through email, or over the phone and ensure that the client understands and is clear about the services we provide (including limitations if applicable)

Follow up on all leads and estimates performed to closure, win, lose, or defer for further actions

Travel to service areas in company supplied vehicle to represent the company and achieve the assigned goals

Answering and serving incoming calls when in the office

Make outbound and follow-up calls on sales leads

Promptly respond to sales leads from all sources

Use and manage the sales lead process

Maintain and document all sales related activities in client database

Qualifications for Sales Estimator

Proven experience as a sales representative in the cleaning or home service industry preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required, bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred)

Strong customer service and satifaction mindset

Great persuasive and negotiation skills

Great interpersonal skills

Must have an "eye for the details"

Proficient in mobile technology and dealing with equipment and software
