Exciting Opportunity for a Hands-on Field Operations Manager that wants to make a difference! Five-day work week, no nights and no weekends!

Our ideal candidate will be someone who has spent time in roles such as small business operations, restaurant or retail management. It is very important that this individual can engage and work well across all functional areas of business and is an exceptional leader!

Qualification and Experience:

Bilingual in Spanish and English

At least 3 years of experience in one location leading and managing a team in one of the following areas: a small business, retail store, or restaurant

Strong track record building a solid employee base

Passionate about equipping, coaching and encouraging your team

Successful track record training and retaining employees

Holds team accountable for following systems, procedures and policies

Leads by example, creating a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to the work

Effective communication and organization skills

Ability to balance a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others

Possesses deep analytical skills and can process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner

Strong sense of self and can relate well to challenging personalities; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in timeframes, people and situations with ease; remains calm under pressure ​​
