Momentum designs, develops, and deploys innovation campaigns for forward-thinking organizations working to research, demonstrate, commercialize, and operate advanced energy, water, transportation, and manufacturing technologies. Our goal is to dramatically increase the ability of our clients to access and manage public and private investment, acquire new customers, and commercialize advanced technologies.
Since 2004, our award-winning senior team has raised approximately $1 billion in grants, loans, and other incentives for numerous advanced energy, water, transportation, and manufacturing projectsenabling our clients to leverage approximately $5 billion in additional federal, state, and private funding.
Momentum represents a variety of select clients ranging from technology start-ups to institutions and agencies. Prominent examples include Amazon, BHE Renewables, Southern California Gas & Electric Company, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, SSA Marine, Port of Long Beach, Waste Management, SSA Marine, Toyota Tsusho America, and the University of California Office of the President.
Our team has helped to create and fund many of the nations most innovative advanced energy, waste, and manufacturing programs, including the West Coast Electric Highway, Californias Hybrid and Zero Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP), and the California Sustainable Energy Entrepreneur Development Initiative (CalSEED). As a result, in late 2019 we were honored with the competitive National Growth Accelerator Award by the US Small Business Administration for our record in working to accelerate early-stage clean energy companies and technologies.
The MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (M&CM) reports directly to the Chief Content Officer (CCO). With strategic direction from the CCO, the M&CM drives the day-to-day operations of Momentum Media, a division of Momentum focused on brand management, case study development, technology transfer, event planning, media, and communications on behalf of Momentum, its subsidiary companies, and Momentums clients. Momentum is seeking a full-time employee based in the Sacramento office (post COVID). A small regional consultancy that desires to acquire a significant new client is also acceptable.
