    MOMENTUM is currently hiring a FLEET COORDINATOR to ensure the safe operation of residential transportation vehicles and Refresh vehicle. The primary role of the Fleet Coordinator is to assists with direct support duties, as needed; maintain and manage the Preventative Maintenance program; ensure all vehicle inspections and maintenance are performed on time; and perform practical driver training. 

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Promotes a friendly, comfortable, and safe environment 
    • Respects and promotes the right of individuals 
    • Drive and operate Momentum vehicles for people supported by Momentum 
    • Complete set up of vehicles within the community according to Momentum's practices and procedures
    • Maintain interior cleanliness between uses and at the end of each event
    • Assist people with boarding and disembarking from vehicles while operating the external lift
    • Complete required paperwork and maintain documentation for each vehicle 
    • Provide training to other staff as needed and directed
    • Follows and implements company policies 
    • Performs other duties as assigned to meet department and/or business needs

    FLEET COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be 21 years of age 
    • High School diploma or equivalent; required 
    • Valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California and proof of insurance; required  
    • Clean driving record for past three (3) years; required 
    • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience; preferred 
    • Bilingual English/Spanish; preferred
    • Experience working with people with disabilities; preferred 
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; required 
    • Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
    • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to fifty (50) pounds
