Job Description

Immediate need for a 3 TO 8-YEAR TEXAS BAR LICENSED INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY with a national law firm in downtown Austin, TX. This position works directly with the First Party Insurance Defense Litigation team. Focus will be on the DEFENSE OF FIRST-PARTY INSURANCE COVERAGE AND BAD FAITH LITIGATION. The position will be responsible for managing case files, writing coverage opinions, ability to do medical summaries, client reporting, case research, prepare legal documents, investigate facts as well as travel to attend hearings and trials.

EDUCATION: Academic credentials, excellent writing and research abilities needed. Texas bar license required. Great benefits, very busy group, nice office environment and yearly bonus.
