MOMENTUM SOLAR is a premier residential solar provider with offices throughout the U.S. Founded in 2009, Momentum has grown exponentially over the past decade.  We implement the entire solar process to ensure a seamless transition to renewable energy.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position requires enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic individuals who are passionate about technology. You will be helping to develop the front end of multiple projects to improve our process with technical solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strategize to influence technology across the company.
• Lead significant technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams
• Developing solutions for web and services: Envisioning, designing, creating, and supporting our solutions that operate with a high degree of operational excellence
• Partner with cross-functional teams to imagine, design, develop, test, and launch software that wows our community and inspires our peers
• Be willing to explore technical needs and bring problems AND solutions to the table
• Constantly strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
• 1+ Year of software development experience
• Must have webhost experience
• Full stack experience (Java, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, node.js)
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs and product strategy
• Well-rounded engineering skills; full-stack development experience - web + services - If you've built something in your spare time send us the link, we'd love to hear about it
• Software development experience using Java stack, React. Js, Open SQL platforms, Micro services, implementation experiences.
• Experience with Web logic, Oracle DB, Oracle Service Bus, Tomcat.
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process flow development using open source BPM tools.
• Experience with AWS, Spring Boot, and Micro Services Architecture.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop experience - Resizing images, cropping images, etc
• WordPress: 3 years (Required)
• CSS: 2 year (Preferred)
• JavaScript: 2 year (Preferred)
• E-Commerce: 1 years (Preferred)
• HTML: 3 years (Preferred)
• CSS: 2 years (Preferred)
• PHP: 3 years (Preferred)
