Moms In Motion is looking for a Recruiting Specialist. This position is remote (Must live in the Eastern time zone). This position supports the hiring efforts for a broad range of roles in a busy Recruiting Department. The Recruiting Specialist will be communicating with candidates and hiring managers from multiple areas and levels of the organization. As such, they must be comfortable initiating and receiving phone calls, discerning of good potential employees, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Skills/Experience Required:

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting/staffing agency

Strong computer and time management skills

Must possess meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Scheduling and project coordination experience

Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM

Residing in Virginia is a plus
