Mon Petit Academy Lead Early Education Teacher and Classroom Support Assistant

Monday through Friday 8 am – 5:00 pm Effective Immediately

We are looking to add a friendly, talented educator who believes in play-based education to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, organization, a love of children and a strong sense of professional responsibility. Our new educator will have a high level of energy, love of learning, and can manage multiple tasks and priorities. We are looking for a colleague that has the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others, communicate tactfully with children, parents and staff members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with co-lead teachers to create monthly classroom activities and meet the needs of the class

Teach class of up to 18 children with a co-lead teacher depending on the classroom.

Preferred qualifications for a Lead Teacher position:

PDIS 3.0 Level 2 credential required or an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or Colorado Early Childhood Teaching License

Preferred qualifications for our support classroom position:

Eagerness to learn and committed to receiving Early Education classes and training.

Reliable and consistent work schedule

In accordance with the Health & Environment Order applicants must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or willing to be vaccinated
