Rising Stars with Monaco Salon will take part in a unique Advanced Level Mentorship program for licensed professionals. Rising Stars assisted some of the best in the industry at Monaco Salon while continuing to practice their own craft and attending weekly technical seminars. The goal of a Rising Star is to speed their progress toward complete mastery while learning advanced cutting and coloring techniques not covered in beauty school and then graduate to be an Artist at Monaco Salon.
