    Testing Clinician - Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), LSSP, Licensed Psychologist, and Pre or Post Doctorate Fellows with assessment and report writing experience are encouraged to apply. Monarch Behavioral Health PLLC is seeking a part-time or full-time clinician to administer psychological assessments and complete report writing. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a group practice that offers mentoring, teamwork, self-discovery, and clinical growth. Current positions available are fee-for-service. Clinicians are expected to keep a schedule of an agreed-upon number of client hours per week with marketing and referrals provided by the practice. Positions may require evening and/or weekend hours. These are W2 positions with the benefits and flexibility of being a part-time or full-time associate. Monarch Behavioral Health PLLC is hiring a Master's or Doctorate clinician to perform a range of psychological evaluations for children and adults. The greatest need is for evaluations from childhood through young adulthood. While the primary job responsibilities are conducting psychological evaluations. Responsibilities: • Provide a range of psychological evaluations including admissions and eligibility testing, psychoeducational, learning disability, ADHD, and neurodevelopmental evaluations • Determine the battery of testing necessary to answer referral questions and the goals of testing • Conduct psychological assessments to determine diagnostic clarity and treatment planning • Option to provide psychotherapy to a small number of child and/or adult clients, if desired • Commitment to sensitive and appropriate service provision to diverse populations • Conduct 4 in person evaluations per week (not to include intake sessions and feedback) • Complete psychological and/or neuropsychological report writing • Competently provide feedback on testing results to clients and answer any client questions regarding testing • Demonstrate professionalism by working as a team player • Operate in an ethical manner alongside state and national guidelines (APA) Qualifications: • A Master's, or Doctorate degree • Experience in performing psychological evaluations for concerns of learning, attention, and emotions/behaviors • Have strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients • Excellent interpersonal skills, including assertive communication with clients • Interest in strong professional relationships with fellow team members • Be organized and detail-oriented • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned • Align with Monarch Behavioral Health's mission, vision, and values Compensation: $32 - $45 hourly
