    Position: Guest Services Representative

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Position Purpose /Summary

    This position's primary responsibility is responsible for a smiling face and friendly attitude for all in-person office visits at our Dallas, Texas office.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Reservation management: Answering inquiries and questions regarding new bookings.
    • Offer additional options to inquiring guests. Know the inventory available and suggest other options when needed. This will increase our booking conversion.
    • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to send a clear outlined message to our guests in a positive manner.
    • Have the ability to trouble-shoot issues with guests and think “outside the box” to resolve issues, while following up when needed.
    • Must demonstrate strong listening skills and the ability to problem solve in a proactive manner.
    • Meet performance targets, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality role
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure and perform duties of job meeting expectations
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with internal and external partners to achieve optimal outcomes.

    • Ability to flex quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
